Fresh out of drama school, ADEN (20s) spends most of his time recording self-tapes for parts he never gets. After being signed to a new agency, he is sent out on a series of nightmarish commercial auditions. With rejection upon rejection, he takes it upon himself to find a new part to play.

Naqqash Khalid is a writer-director from Manchester. ‘In Camera’ is his first feature film, he is presently developing a Limited Series with Sky. His short film ’Stock’ was commissioned by Sky Arts and had its broadcast premiere in March 2019. Naqqash is a Jerwood Creative Fellow at the Manchester International Festival and a member of BFI NETWORK X BAFTA Crew 2019. He is represented by Matthew Bates at Sayle Screen. Juliette Larthe is a Producer, Founding Partner, Creative and Executive Producer of Prettybird.co, in London, established 2010. She helped forge the company’s distinctive roster that provides visionary work across an ever-evolving medium agnostic landscape.
Short form work includes a 4 part mini-series for Channel 4 with Miriam Elia, 2018 & 2019 BODY LANGUAGE series 1 & 2, came out for BBC3 with Sindha Agha. Short doc films made with Jess Kohl, Nirvana, Buttmitzvah and Anarchy in the Philippines, have been shown at One World Media Awards, Raindance, BFI FLARE. Short Film with Stroma Cairns IF YOU KNEW co-produced with Sorcha Bacon at Try Hard films playing at deaf shorts at Encounters in Bristol, BFI festival 2019 and is in competition for the short film award. Currently in development with the BFI on Tom Beard’s second feature CUNNING a co-pro with Blonde to Black Pictures. In 2019 another short called JAMIE commissioned by BBC films directed by Esme Creed Miles is in post-production. Larthe has a multi-disciplinary approach producing commercials, stills, art films, live installations, fashion shows and music shorts.
