Creative UK works with local partners in the North East to deliver tailored business support and investment opportunities for creative and cultural practitioners, freelancers, organisations and SMEs based in the region.

Wakefield

Wakefield

Advance is a new programme delivered in partnership with Wakefield Council providing bespoke business support to creative SMEs, individuals and freelancers based in Wakefield and the wider region. This programme is funded by The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport’s Cultural Development Fund grant, which is administered by Arts Council England.

The programme will offer three levels of support to creative businesses and professionals: Online Content, Mentoring and Events & Workshops.

Greater Manchester

Greater Manchester

Creative UK Manchester offers tailored business support for creative and cultural practitioners, freelancers, organisations and SMEs based in Greater Manchester. 

Led by experts in the industry there is practical and helpful business advice for everyone. Over the course of the programme, we will be hosting 1:1 support, open access masterclasses, alongside workshops to support cohorts of enterprises to take a deep dive into specialist areas.

This programme offers intensive business support over five months consisting of mentoring, peer to peer learning and exclusive opportunities to help businesses bring their products to market.

Create South East is designed to support creative businesses within the administrative boundaries of Essex, Kent or Sussex with the support and the investment they need to grow their business and turn their innovative creative ideas into the leading creative businesses of the future.
